My Thoughts
His plan
Sometimes I feel crushed from things going on around me. I feel as if all hope is lost, as if there is no point in carrying on. Then I remember that God has a plan, and in his divine plan, I have a solid hope and faith. If those were to collapse, if his plan was to fall through, then, and only then, would I truly be smitten. That is the point when there would be no point to this existence. Glory be to God, that by his grace and mercy, I know that his plan is my future; therefore, hope is not lost and He is the reason I carry on.
“Going to Walmart soon to start rebuilding my life. It’s so surreal. Be thankful for your soap, shampoo, shoes and socks.And clean underwear.” This is a tweet from a very close friend of mine. Her home was burnt down today and they almost everything. That quote broke my heart, not only because of the pain and loss they are facing, but also because of the fact that people around the world simply do not have these items. The more I come to understanding God, the more I see the need for christians to move.
This is the only readable book left in the fire…

The Real Holy Spirit
I want to come to terms on the fact that the Holy Spirit is not just a magical being that I am told is living in me. Instead, the Spirit is the living, breathing Spirit of Jesus Christ. He works constantly to move and guide me. I need to let Him intercede on my life actually let Him be my pilot. Just to be still and listen to Him. Spend quiet time everyday letting him intercede on my prayers and uncover the truths of God’s word as he does. The Spirit is my Comforter, my Wisdom, my Courage, and my Strength.
